LEE KUM KEE

Minced Pork in Lettuce Wrap (San Choy Bao)

Serves 4

Ingredients

200g minced pork (or Quorn mince as a vegetarian option)
20g each of finely chopped Spring onions, onions, baby sweet corns, celeries, shiitake mushrooms (rehydrated), carrots
1 iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 chilli, finely chopped (optional)

Sauce Mix

Method

1 Prepare lettuce by separating the leaves and cut into round shape, clean and set aside.
2 Stir fry spring onions, onions and minced pork in medium heated wok for 5 minutes then add in remaining vegetables with sauce mix, and cook for another 10 minutes or until the sauce dries up, and ingredients are cooked through.
3 Serve the prepared lettuce with a drizzle of the dressing and fill with a big spoonful of the stir-fried minced meat and vegetables. Alternatively, serve the lettuce, stir-fried meat, vegetables and the dressing sauce separately; let your guests make their own San Choy Bao.
