Sweet Potato in Satay Sauce

400g Sweet potato, peeled and cubed into around 2 cm
3 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Sauce Mix

3 Tbsp Coconut milk
1 Tbsp Desiccated coconut, toasted (optional)


1 Coat sweet potatoes with oil and roast at 200 degree for 15-20 mins until the edges turns brown.
2 Stir well the sweet potatoes with sauce mix. Serve hot or cold.
3 Sprinkle with desiccated coconut just before serving.
