Japanese Sesame Salad

Ingredients

360g salad veg of your choice

Dressing

3 Tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Method

1 Grind the sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle until a fine powder form.
2 Add the ground sesame seeds to a bowl along with the rice vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce, granulated sugar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Black Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and mayonnaise.
3 Mix the ingredients together with a whisk until everything has emulsified. Serve with a salad and enjoy!
