Black Bean Chicken Stir Fry

This Black Bean Chicken Stir Fry recipe is ready in just 10 minutes thanks to our super convenient Black Bean Garlic sauce sachet. Much quicker than ordering a takeaway! This dish uses a true classic Chinese sauce prepared from selected fermented black beans and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp oil
250g chicken breast or thigh meat
½ green pepper, deseeded and diced
75g mushrooms, sliced

Method

1 Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add the chicken to stir-fry over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until it is cooked.
2 Add the pepper and mushroom slices, cook for 3 to 4 minutes, keep stirring.
3 Add the sauce mix, combine well and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve with rice.

Tips

1 This recipe is delicious when using pork, seafood or vegetables too!
