Roasted Prawns in Tomato Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

300g King Prawns, shelled
12 Skewers, soaked in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent burning

Marinade

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Lime (for serving, squeeze before serving)

Method

1 Marinate the prawn skewers with half of the sachet's sauce and vegetable oil before cooking.
2 For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Place the skewers on the BBQ rack and cook over medium heat until they turn pink. Turn them over and brush with the remaining sauce, then roast until cooked.
3 For Oven Cooking: Cook at 180°C (or Fan 160°C) for 5 minutes, then turn the skewers and brush with the remaining sauce. Continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
4 For Air Fryer Cooking: Cook at 200°C for 5 minutes. Brush the remaining sauce over the prawns and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
