Egg fried rice

Ingredients

220g microwave long grain rice
2 Eggs, beaten
150g chopped thin green beans
1 carrot diced
2 Spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp Vegetable or groundnut oil
1 Red chilli, finely sliced for garnishing (optional)

Method

1 Heat 1 tbsp of sesame wok oil Lee Kum Kee Sesame Wok Oil in a pan, pour the beaten eggs in. Stir-fry the eggs and use a spatula to break them into small pieces. When the scrambled eggs turn into golden brown, take them out and set aside.
2 Heat remaining Lee Kum Kee Sesame Wok Oil , stir-fry the white part of the spring onion, carrot and beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
3 Add the unheated rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes until warm and broken up. Add the scrambled eggs, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
4 Turn off the heat. Sprinkle the remaining spring onion before serving.
