Teriyaki Scallops

Ingredients

12 Scallops, large
4 Skewers, soaked in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent burning

Marinade

Method

1 Pat dry the scallops with kitchen paper, then marinate them for 30 minutes.
2 For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn the scallops and brush 1 tsp of sauce on top, then cook for another 2 minutes.
3 For Air Fryer: Cook at 200°C for 3 minutes. Turn the scallops and brush 1 tsp of sauce on top, then cook for another 2 minutes.
