Ingredients

1 Egg
1 Tbsp Oil
A Squeeze of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce to taste

Method

1 Heat oil in a pan.
2 Add the egg and cook until the whites begin to crisp up or to your liking .
3 Before serve add a squeeze the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce on the egg for extra umami.
PREP TIME 5 MINUTES, COOK TIME 5 MINUTES
