Roasted Pork Neck in Bean Sauce

Wonderfully tender and juicy, the pork dish is beautiful when marinated overnight in our tempting seasoning with a mixture of Lee Kum Kee sauces, perfect roasted for a weekend dinner.

Ingredients

680g Pork neck
⅛ cup Celery, chopped
⅛ cup  Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Cooking wine
⅛ cup  Dried green onion, chopped

Seasoning

⅛ cup  Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns

Method

1 Rinse the pork neck and slice into 1 cm-thick pieces.
2 Mix well the remaining ingredients and seasoning sauce to create the marinade. Add sliced pork neck and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
3 Preheat oven to 190°C, bake pork neck for about 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Plate and ready to serve.
