Grilled Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce

This grilled chicken in our sweet, tangy teriyaki sauce will quickly become a family favourite, especially because it is quick and easy to make, meaning you won't get stressed out trying to deliver tasty Chinese cuisine for the family.

Ingredients

200g Chicken Thigh fillets (boneless)
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Sauce Mix

1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Grated ginger

Method

1 Marinate chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes. Set aside.
2 Heat frying pan to medium heat. Place chicken thighs and cook till they turn golden brown.
3 Lower heat and add Sauce mix. Turn chicken thighs to coat in sauce. Cook till sauce is reduced and sticky.
4 Cut it into bite-sized pieces. Serve

Tips

1 Cut any thick part of a chicken thigh into half to ensure the meat is of equal thickness.
2 Best serve with rice
