Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients

1 Tin Cream Style Corn
2 Egg Whites, beaten with 1 Tbsp water
½ pcs Courgette, Diced
1L Water

Seasoning

½ tsp White Peppercorn Powder

Sauce Mix

1 Tbsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Water

Method

1 Bring water to boil in a sauce pan then add corn, courgette and seasoning, cook for 5 minutes.
2 Lower heat to bring to simmer. Add egg white in a slow stream into soup, stirring in a clockwise direction.
3 Add the sauce mix then stir for 1 min, the soup will become thickened. Ready the serve.
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 6 MINUTES
