Cut the steak into thin strips and marinate them for 15-20 minutes.
Coat the strips with cornflour. Heat oil over medium heat and shallow-fry the beef strips. Remove the beef when the colour turns brown, then set aside.
Add the sauce mix in the pan and cook it for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add the beef strips, making sure that the sauce is coated on well.
Sprinkle the white sesame seeds before serving.
Chill the beef in the fridge beforehand to make it easier to slice.
