3-Colored Beef Rolls in Chicken Marinade

These colourful, succulent beef rolls are filled with healthy vegetables. They are best prepared with our Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade, the longer you have to marinate the steaks, the better!

Ingredients

250g beef fillet/tenderloin (12 thin slices)
90g asparagus (cut into 12 strips)
75g baby corn (cut into 12 strips)
1/2 pc bell pepper (s) (cut into 12 strips)

Method

1 Mix beef with marinade.
2 Blanch asparagus and baby corn in boiling water. Drain.
3 Arrange asparagus, baby corn and bell pepper on beef slices and roll-up.
4 Pan-fry beef rolls in 2 Tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.

Tips

1 Marinate for a few hours prior to cooking using Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade.
