Ingredients

1 Medium onion diced
3 tbsp Olive oil
250g Ground pork
250g Ground beef
100g White bread
2 Tbsp  Milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard plus extra for serving
1 tsp Salt and pepper (each)
1 tsp Sweet paprika
20g Flat leaf parsley, chopped
Dijon or yellow mustard and extra Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce to serve

Method

1 Preheat the oven to 200c/180c fan.
2 In a medium frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Add the onion with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce , salt, pepper, paprika and sauté for 8 minutes or until soft and golden. Remove and place in a large bowl.
3 Soak the bread in the milk and tear into pieces and place in the bowl. Add in onions, pork, beef and parsley. Use your hands to mix everything together. Shape into golf-ball sized pieces and roll tightly. Place on a baking sheet and repeat until the mixture is used up and shaped.
4 Drizzle the remaining oil over and season.
5 Roast for 10 minutes or until they turn brown.
PREP TIME: 25 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
