Beef Onigiri

Ingredients

240 G Rice
2 pieces Sushi Nori (Dried Seaweed)
100 G Sirloin Steak (stripped)
4-5 pieces Lettuce
1 Egg, Poached
1 tsp Oil

Method

1 Wash and cook the rice. Leave the rice till warm and mix them with Lee Kum Kee Pure Black Sesame Oil.
2 Cook the steak on a pan with medium heat, stir-fry with sauce mix.
3 Put a piece of Sushi Nori on a cling film. Then put lettuce, beef, egg and cover with more rice.
4 Pack the Onigiri with the cling film and squeeze tight.
5 Serve after resting for 10 minutes.
