Grilled Chicken with Char Siu Sauce

1kg  chicken thighs
3 tablespoons  olive oil
1  finely chopped spring onion
1  crushed garlic clove


1 Mix all ingredients with the marinade, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the chicken on a baking tray for 15 minutes.
3 Place the chicken on the hot grill and grill for 10 minutes or until completely cooked.
4 Pour the sauce from the baking sheet and garnish with spring onion. Serve.
