Grilled Chicken with Char Siu Sauce

1 kg  Chicken thighs
1 Finely chopped spring onion (optional)
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds (optional)


5 tbsp  Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (Honey BBQ marinade)
10g (1tbsp) minced garlic


1 Mix chicken with the marinade, and set aside in the refrigerator for minimum an hour or overnight.
2 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place chicken on a baking tray for 25 minutes or until completely cooked.
3 Serve the chicken and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
