Pan Fry Chicken Fillet in Hot Chilli Soy Sauce

Ingredients

4 pcs chicken boneless thighs
1 Tbsp vegetable Oil

Marinade

1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Sauce Mix

2 Tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch

Method

1 Marinade the chicken then set aside.
2 Heat the wok with oil at medium heat, add the chicken and pan fry both sides until they take on a light golden brown colour.
3 Add sauce mix in and cook for 1 minute. Serve chicken with sauce coated all over.
