Steamed Tofu Prawn and minced pork wrap

Ingredients

300g Frozen tofu (sliced)
150g minced pork
8pcs Carrot, sliced
8pcs Prawn (peeled and keep the tail)
16pcs Spring onion
1 pinch of Cornflour
1 pinch of Salt

Sauce Mix

100ml Water
2 tsp Cornflour

Method

1 Blanch the spring onion, drain and set aside.
2 Mix the minced pork with marinade and set aside.
3 Seasoned the prawn with a pinch of salt then set aside.
4 Take 2 pieces of tofu. Coat one side of the tofu with cornflour. Place the pork mince between 2 pieces of tofu and make it into a square shape. Place the prawn on top of the tofu and tie it with green onion to look like a present. Trim the green onion if necessary.
5 Place the carrot on the steaming plate to hold the tofu. Steam in high heat for 8 minutes until cooked through.
PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES
