Spicy Hoisin King Prawns

400g   Raw King Prawns
1 Tbsp Garlic, sliced
1 Tbsp     Vegetable Oil

Sauce Mix


1 Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2 Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
3 Add the king prawns to the pan, stirring occasionally. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque.
4 Pour the sauce mix over the prawns, stir and toss to coat them evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Arrange on serving platter and sprinkle the garlic over.
5 Serving suggestions: chopped spring onion and green beans alongside
