Sautéed Spicy Fine Beans with Minced Pork

200g fine beans, cleaned and halved in length
60g minced pork
3 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp spring Onions, finely chopped


1–2pcs fresh chilli, finely chopped (optional)


1 Heat the wok to high heat, then add 3 tbsp oil. Stir-fry fine beans for 3 minutes, remove beans and draining oil in wok, set aside.
2 In the same wok, sauté garlic and minced pork until fragrant, add sauce mix cook for 3 minutes.
3 Then return the beans to wok together with spring onions and chilli, toss for another minute. Ready to serve.
