Hoisin Chicory Wok with Shiitake

Ingredients

4 heads  chicory
1 Tbsp   sesame seeds
2 Tbsp   peanut oil
100g fresh shiitake mushrooms, stalks removed and sliced
10 stalks chives, snipped

Method

1 Cut the chicory in half.
2 Heat the wok on low fire and roast the sesame seeds for 3 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the wok and keep apart.
3 Heat a dash of peanut oil in the wok, wok the shiitake on high heat until golden brown and crispy in about 2 minutes.Add the chicory pieces and wok for about 2 minutes.
4 Add the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and the sesame seeds and mix, garnish with the chives.
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME: 10-12 MINUTES
