Pan Fried Wasabi King Prawns with Asparagus

Ingredients

180g raw peeled king prawns
110g fine asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp light olive oil
Lime wedges, to garnish

Method

1 Devein prawns and butterfly if wished.
2 Cut the asparagus into 4 cm lengths. Put into a pan of simmering water for 2 minutes then drain. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the prawns and cook until turning pink. Add asparagus and toss together for 1 minute
3 Remove from heat and toss with Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing , or serve with extra Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing drizzled over, garnish with lime.

Tips

1 This would also be good with sliced sugar snaps or mange tout.
