BBQ Steak with Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

500g Sirloin Steak (or 2 x 250g steaks)

Marinade

Method

1 Marinate the steak for 60 minutes.
2 For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side, depending on the steak's thickness and preferred level of doneness. Brush 1 tsp of black pepper sauce after turning the steak over.

Tips

1 This recipe also works well when cooked in a frying pan. Serve with fries or roasted potatoes, green beans, or salad.
