Chicken Skewers in Satay Sauce

Ingredients

350g Chicken thigh, diced into 2cm chunks
50g Pineapple, cut into pieces
Bell pepper, cut into pieces

Marinade

1 Tbsp Water

Serving Sauce

2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce (optional)

Method

1 Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
2 Thread alternate pineapple, bell pepper and chicken on bamboo skewers .
3 Grill on pan-fry until done. Serve with extra satay sauce if needed.
