Broccoli Beef Stir Fry

Beef is rich in protein, which is important for your body as it is a macronutrient, meaning your body needs plenty of it to function properly. It's also rich in iron, which is good for your blood. 1 Tbsp oil
225g sirloin or rump steak, fat removed, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, cut into batons
125g tenderstem broccoli, halved lengthways
½  red pepper, thinly sliced

1 Heat oil in wok or large frying pan, add beef and stir-fry over medium high heat 2 minutes.
2 Add vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
3 Add sachet of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savory Noodle Stir Fry Sauce , toss with a splash of water to heat through for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
