Stir-fried Beef with Onions and Peppers

Ingredients

200g Beef, sliced
100g Yellow pepper, sliced
100g Red pepper, sliced
100g Green pepper, sliced
60g Onions, sliced
3g Garlic

Marinade

Little  Water

Seasoning

½ tsp  Cornflour

Method

1 Marinate the sliced beef with marinade for 10 minutes.
2 Heat the oil in a wok, fry the beef on medium heat until 70% cooked and set aside.
3 Heat the oil in a wok again. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant. Add beef, peppers and the seasonings, stir-fry on a high heat, serve.
