Spicy Butter Garlic Prawns

Ingredients

300g prawns, peeled
30g butter
2 Tbsp oil
1 spring onion, diced
½ onion, peeled and diced

Sauce Mix

80ml water
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp corn flour

Method

1 Put oil in a heated pan over a high heat, add the onion and the prawns, then stir-fry until the prawns turn slightly orange.
2 Add the sauce mix, reduce to medium heat and combine until the prawns are cooked.
3 Then add the butter, mix until it melts into a thick sauce.
4 Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the spring onions to serve.
