Leftovers Cantonese Stir-fried Noodles

Ingredients

100g dried egg or pasta noodles (or 200g cooked)
175g assorted leftover meats
150g assorted leftover vegetables such as broccoli florets and sliced carrots)

Sauce Mix

Method

1 Cook the egg noodles according to packet instructions.
2 Add the meats, vegetables, and cooked noodles to the wok with the sauce mix and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until heated through.
3 Serve.

Tips

1 For a vegetarian version, replace the meats with tofu, and swap Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce with Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce .
2 Try with any other kind of noodles or pasta, and throw in any leftover meats or vegetables in you fridge to make it colourful and delicious!
