Chicken wings with chili and oyster sauce

24 Chicken wings
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp  ground Sichuan pepper
3 Spring onions, chopped


1 Preheat oven to 200c/180c fan.
2 In a large bowl, add the wings, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce , Sichuan pepper, chili sauce and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar . Toss well and spread on baking tray.
3 Drizzle them with the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and sprinkled with black pepper.
4 Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until crisp.
5 Sprinkle spring onions on top and serve.
