Burger with Sriracha Mayo

Burger Patties
200g minced pork/beef
2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tsp ginger, grated
Other Ingredients
2 brioche buns
4 onion rings
Some iceberg lettuce
Oil for frying


1 Mix all the burger patties ingredients together and take half of the portion to shape into a 2 cm thick patty. Repeat the same step for the other patty.
2 Heat up the pan and put in the oil. Pan-fry the patties until they are fully cooked.
3 Slice each brioche bun in half and toast.
4 Assemble the burger and squeeze on some Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo . Serve.


1 Mix Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil with mayo to create a spicy creamy dressing. Don’t forget to spoon in the chilli flakes at the bottom of the jar!
