Vietnamese Prawn and Mango Spring Roll

Ingredients

12 pcs Vietnamese Rice Paper
150g Cooked King Prawn
100g Ripe Mango, cut into strips
80g Cucumber, cut into strips

Method

1 Prepare a shallow dish or bowl with some water and a clean dish towel.
2 Put rice paper into cold water a piece at a time and soak for around 20 to 30 seconds until soft, dry on towel.
3 Arrange prawn, mango and cucumber on rice paper. Fold rice paper over the ingredients to make a spring roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
4 Halve the spring roll and serve with the dipping sauce.
PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 5 MINUTES
