Steak marinated in Oyster sauce

Ingredients

2 sirloin steaks, excess fat trimmed
200g sugar snap peas
1 tsp black and white sesame seeds

Method

1 Marinate the steaks in the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce . Season them well with fresh black pepper. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to grill.
2 Drop the sugar snap peas in boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Drain, rinse in cold water (this will keep the green colour).
3 Place back in the pot with half of the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
4 Heat a BBQ or grill pan. Drain the steak on paper towels. Brush with the remaining oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and wrap in foil for 10 minutes to rest.
5 Brush the steak with a little more Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and serve with the sugar snap peas.
