Roasted Chicken Thigh with Premium Oyster Sauce

Serves 4-6

1 kg Chicken thighs
2 tbsp Honey
1 Finely chopped spring onion (optional, for garnish)
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds (optional)


10g (1tbsp) Minced garlic


1 Mix chicken with the marinade, and set aside in the refrigerator for minimum an hour or overnight.
2 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake chicken on a baking tray for 25 minutes or until completely cooked.
3 Drizzle honey on the chicken and then bake it for further 3 mins until caramelised then serve.
4 Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds before serve.
