Stir-fried Prawns with Chilli Garlic Sauce

Our Stir-fried Prawns with Chilli Garlic Sauce is quick to make, healthy, and packed with plenty of flavour.

Ingredients

125g dried rice noodles
2 Tbsp sunflower oil
16 prawns, peeled and deveined (or use already shelled prawns)
1 red onion, peeled and sliced
1 bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
2 bok choi heads, quartered lengthways and chopped
1 Tbsp palm sugar

Method

1 Soak the rice noodles in hot water, then drain well.
2 Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Stir-fry the prawns. Add the red onion and cook for 4 minutes.
3 Add the bell pepper and chopped bok choi. Sprinkle the palm sugar, stir well.
4 Add in the sauce mix and combine with the ingredients.
5 Serve immediately with the rice noodles.
