Mixed Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

This Mixed Mushroom in Oyster Sauce recipe is simple, yet tasty! Complete with a delicious dipping sauce, they work great as a side dish. This easy to follow recipe will certainly impress guests at your next barbecue! Why not serve them alongside Grilled Lamb Skewers.

Ingredients

600g mixed mushroom (e.g. oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms)

Marinade

Dipping Sauce

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp white wine
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method

1 Use a small brush, clean the mushrooms, trim the stalks.
Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the mushrooms, toss and marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the dipping sauce.
2 Barbecue the marinated mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Tips

1 The cooking time will depend on the heat from the barbecue
