Easy to Cook Braised Pork Belly

500g   Pork Belly, cut into 3cm pieces
2 Slices Fresh Ginger
1 Tbsp   Vegetable oil
500ml   Water
4   Spring Onions chopped, to garnish


1 Blanch the pork in a big pot of boiling water for 3 mins, drain then set aside.
2 Heat up a large pot or wok add in the oil and ginger to sauté for 30 seconds then add in the pork and stir fry for 5 minutes.
3 Add in Red Braising Sauce and water. Bring to a boil before lowering the heat and simmer for at least 45 minutes or until the belly pork is tender and sauce has thickened before serving.
4 Ready to serve.
