Assorted Vegetables in Seasoned Soy Sauce

A light yet wholesome Chinese vegetable dish made with cucumber, pressed bean curd, celery, carrot and capsicum, then tossed with a choice of Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce. This can be served as a refreshing side dish or alongside steamed rice to complete a meal. 

Ingredients

200g cucumber, shredded
90g pressed bean curd (cooked, shredded)
50g celery, shredded
50g carrot (s), shredded
1 pc capsicum (s), shredded

Method

1 Arrange all ingredients on a salad bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Stir in seasoning mix before serving. Serve cold.

Tips

1 Serve cold.
