STICKY HOISIN SPARE RIBS
Serves 2
Marinate 500g spare ribs for 15 mins in 3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce. Oven cook for 20 mins at 200?C / Gas 6. Brush with a further 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked through.
