There is a lot to love about this quick and easy Crunchy Sesame Seed Stir-Fry. As well as being simple to prepare and ready in just 10 minutes, it's also a vegan-friendly dish that everyone can enjoy.
Toast sesame seeds in dry wok. Remove once lightly toasted. Set aside.
Heat clean pan or wok in medium heat. Add vegetable oil. Sauté ginger and garlic. Add in green beans and cook till green beans are almost done. Then, add bean sprouts and red bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds.
Add the sauce mix and cook until it thickens. Serve.
