Vinegar and Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients

8 pcs Chicken wings
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Toasted Sesame seeds, garnish
Coriander, garnish

Sauce Mix

1 Tbsp Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry
30g Golden caster sugar

Method

1 Marinate the chicken wings for 10 minutes.
2 In a pan over medium heat, add oil and pan fry the chicken wings till golden on both sides.
3 Add in the sauce mix, cook until sauce thickens and chicken wings are glazed .
4 Sprinkle with sesame and garnish with coriander, ready to serve.

Tips

1 Vinegar taste milder when cooked with sugar.
