Vietnamese Pizzetta

4 Tbsp tomato purée
tortilla wraps
50g  ham, shredded or cut thinly
½  green pepper, deseeded and diced
spring onions, trimmed and chopped
4 Tbsp  canned sweetcorn, drained
75g  grated cheddar cheese


3-4 Tbsp [32]


1 Preheat the grill.
2 Divide the tomato purée to spread thinly on each tortilla wrap.
3 Scatter over the ham, green pepper, spring onions and sweetcorn, then top with cheese.
4 Place under the grill until the cheese melts, drizzle with the dressing and serve.


1 Leftover cooked vegetables such as broccoli and asparagus are great for additional toppings too!
