Prawn Stir-Fry Noodles

Ingredients

300g prawns
3 nests medium egg noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
1 Carrots, Sliced
2 Spring Onion, Chopped
1 pepper, Sliced
for garnish sesame seeds

Sauce Mix

Method

1 Cook the noodles, in boiling water for 3-4 mins, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry the pepper for 3 mins, until starting to soften.
3 Tip in the noodles and vegetables along with the prawns and toss together.
4 Add the sauce mix and heat everything through for 2-3 mins, until piping hot. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
