Spicy Mango And Chicken Salad

Mango is high in fibre, and is a great source of vitamins A and C, which help to maintain a good immune system and lung health. It is high in iron and also helps with concentration and memory.

The combination of mango and chicken in a salad offers hydration and protein, helping the body with its various functions.


1 small ripe mango, peeled and sliced
Small bag mixed leaves
½ small red onion, sliced
150g cooked chicken breast
1 large red chilli, thinly sliced, seeds discarded (optional)


1 Cut mango into slices, toss with salad leaves and red onion.
2 Either cut or tear chicken into strips then scatter over salad with chilli if using.


1 Use baby spinach if preferred.
