Chilli Garlic Scallop

Ingredients

300g large scallop, cleaned
2 Tbsp oil

Sauce Mix

5 Tbsp  water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn flour

Garnish

some spring onion, sliced
some sesame

Method

1 Put oil in a heated pan over a high heat, add the scallop, pan fry until it turn slightly golden for both sides.
2 Add the sauce mix, reduce to medium heat, combine until the scallop are cooked and the sauce turns thick.
3 Sprinkle the spring onions and sesame to serve.
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
