Chinese Barbecued Pork Ribs

Ingredients

850g  pork ribs
3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Marinade

2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp corn flour
5 Tbsp honey

Method

1 Coat pork ribs in the marinade and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
2 Preheat the oven at 200°C . or 180°C fan oven.
3 Place the marinated pork ribs on a wire rack over baking tray. Roast in the middle level of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
4 Remove pork ribs from oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
5 Place remaining marinade into a pot and reduce over medium heat until thickens. Pour the sauce on the pork ribs. Serve with rice.
PREP TIME: 60 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 30 MINUTES
