Tomato Garlic Prawns

Our Tomato Garlic Prawns are super quick and easy to make, thanks to our convenient Tomato Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce. In less than 10 minutes, and with minimal ingredients, you will have an incredibly tasty meal rustled up in a flash!

Ingredients

180g raw peeled king prawns, deveined
2 tbsp oil
30g asparagus, cut into 4cm lengths

Also good with

Chicken, pork or vegetables.

Method

1 Heat half the oil in a small frying pan, when hot add the slices of shallot and fry until golden and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
2 Heat the remaining oil in wok or frying pan, add prawns and asparagus, stir-fry over medium high heat until the prawns turn pink

Add Lee Kum Kee Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce , toss together for 1 minute. Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with the crispy shallots
