Stir-fried Chicken and Cashew in Char Siu Sauce

Ingredients

250g Chicken, diced
50g Cashew, roasted
1/2 pc Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 pc Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 Tbsp Oil

Marinade

Seasoning

Method

1 Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
2 Sauté chicken to nearly cooked with oil. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper and seasoning, sauté well until the chicken is completely cooked.
3 Add cashew and mix well. Ready to serve.
PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES
