Cantonese Stir-fried Noodles

These delicious Cantonese stir fried noodles can be cooked up in a flash! Our recipe is quick and easy to follow, which makes it perfect for those mid week meals, when you want to make a tasty, high quality, low effort Chinese meal.

This dish is versatile too, just swap out the pork for chicken or beef, or even make it vegetarian friendly, just take a look at our handy tips further down.

Ingredients

200g cooked noodles
175g pork fillet, sliced
150g mixed vegetables

Method

1 Stir-fry pork fillet in medium heat oil for 5 minutes or until cooked. For the best result pre-marinate with I tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for I0 minutes.
2 Add mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the wok with the remaining sauces and stir-fry for a further 5 minutes or until heated through.

Tips

1 For a vegetarian version, take out the pork fillet and swap Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce
2 For extra kick, add 1 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil as a condiment
