This dessert packs a love punch! Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar delivers a delicious tang to Sweet Caramel sauce giving a Sweet-Sour nod to love. Well, love is not always sweet!

Ingredients

1 Large pack of Marshmallows
4 Bananas, Halved
3 Scoops of Ice-cream of Your Choice - Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla
  Crushed Toasted Nuts
  Sweet of Your Choice, Jelly Hearts
  Chocolate Heart Sprinkles

Sauce Mix

100g Caster Sugar
3 Tbsp Butter

Method

1 Add sugar in a pan, cook until sticky and glossy.
2 Add the butter, and drizzle in Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar , gently stir to mix (do not over stir). Take off the heat and set aside.
3 Assemble the marshmallows, bananas, ice-cream, crushed toasted nuts, sweets, chocolates. Drizzle over the Sweet-Sour Caramel Sauce. Serve immediately.
