Stir-fried Chicken Fillet with Cashew and Asparagus

Ingredients

200g  Chicken fillet
150g  Asparagus, sliced
60g  Onions, sliced
3g  Garlic, sliced
20g Cashew

Seasoning

½ tsp  Sugar
½ tsp Cornflour

Method

1 Marinate the chicken fillet with the marinade for 10 minutes.
2 Wash and sliced asparagus.
3 Blanch asparagus in the boiling water. Drain and set aside.
4 Heat the oil in a wok, fry the chicken fillet until cooked and set aside.
5 Heat the oil in a wok again. Add the garlic, onions, asparagus and the seasonings and chicken fillet on high heat and stir well. Add cashew nuts and mix well.
